How long does it take to ship my order?
Each item is made to order, just for you!
Here’s what to expect:
- Processing Time: 5–7 business days
- Shipping Time: 2–5 business days for most U.S. orders
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships
During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing may take a little longer — we appreciate your patience while we create and ship your seasonal goods with care.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes!
We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $75 ✨
Where do you ship from?
All items are made, packaged, and shipped within the USA 🇺🇸
We partner with trusted U.S.-based print providers for timely, reliable fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within the U.S.
International shipping may be added in the future — stay tuned!
Will I receive tracking info?
Absolutely.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.
My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
First, check your tracking link for updates.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since shipment with no movement or delivery, please email us at support@deliberatelykinship.com — we’ll help investigate and make sure you’re taken care of.
🛍 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, with tags
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at support@deliberatelykinship.com.
Once approved, we’ll send a return label and instructions.
Note: Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us right away with photos so we can fix it fast.
We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund — your choice.
Which items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale / discounted items
- Perishables, personal care goods, hazardous materials

Can I exchange my item?
We don’t process direct exchanges.
The best way is to:
- Start a return for your original item
- Place a new order for the item you’d like instead
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Do you ship to the EU?
Yes! EU customers have a 14-day cooling off period. You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for any reason — no explanation needed.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
